2.1 Web Design & Development Projects

  • Projects can be cancelled within 48 hours of contract signing with full refund
  • After 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed
  • If design mockups have been delivered and approved, 25% of project cost is non-refundable
  • If development has commenced, 50% of project cost is non-refundable
  • Projects 75% or more complete are non-refundable

2.2 Monthly Maintenance Services

  • Can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

2.3 Hosting Services

  • Annual hosting plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Refunds prorated for unused months (minus setup fees)
  • Monthly hosting plans can be cancelled anytime with no refund for current month

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible Refunds

  • Service not delivered as per agreed timeline (beyond 30 days delay)
  • Failure to meet agreed specifications after reasonable revision attempts
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved
  • Cancellation within the 48-hour grace period

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registration fees
  • Third-party software licenses
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup and configuration fees
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
  • Time spent on consultations and planning sessions

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Projects cancelled mid-development
  • Scope changes requested by client
  • Unused portions of prepaid services

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for refund
  3. Provide any supporting documentation
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds processed within 10-14 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (3-5 additional business days)
  • PayPal refunds typically processed within 24-48 hours

5. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request escalation to management within 30 days
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your case
  • Participate in mediation if mutually agreed upon

6. Force Majeure

WorldOnDeal Enterprise is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

This policy may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
