1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Description

WorldOnDeal Enterprise provides:

• Custom website design and development services
• Ecommerce platform solutions
• Web application development
• Digital marketing and SEO services
• Plugins and extensions for various platforms
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required to commence work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer fees for ongoing maintenance services
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity. Delays may occur due to:

• Client feedback and revision cycles
• Third-party integrations and dependencies
• Technical complexities discovered during development
• Force majeure events beyond our control

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and designs. However:

• Third-party licenses and frameworks remain property of their respective owners
• WorldOnDeal Enterprise retains the right to showcase work in portfolios
• Proprietary tools and methodologies remain our intellectual property

6. Limitation of Liability

WorldOnDeal Enterprise's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures or security breaches
• Client's failure to maintain backups or security measures

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed to date
• All deliverables and source code are provided upon full payment
• Ongoing support and maintenance services cease

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
